Only one violation type ("Removal, defacing, altering, absence of Correct Energy Label") has a full 1st→2nd→3rd progression across all three tiers; the others jump straight to a single mid-or-high tier on their first or second offense, or have no listed maximum reached in this schedule. Two violations ("Selling of non-registered product" and "Failing to provide accurate information...") impose the highest tier (PhP501,000–1,000,000) on the very first offense.
