The initiation of an administrative action or the imposition of any fine against any Retail Outlet who Violates or does not comply with this Department Circular shall be without prejudice to the filing of any criminal action against such Retail Outlet pursuant to BP 33, as amended and RA 8479, and other applicable laws, rules and regulations. RULE Ix FINAL PROVISIONS Section 32. Transitory Clause.
