DC2022-11-0035, Annex B — Matrix of Covered ECPs
Issued pursuant to DC2022-11-0035 §5 [DC2022-11-0035, Annex B, 2022-11]. This is the first Annex B for the PELP Guidelines — DC2020-06-0015 as originally issued in 2020 had no annex-based coverage matrix, covering only air conditioners, refrigerating appliances, television sets, and lighting products directly in its text.

Additional ECPs are addable within any category upon EUMB recommendation [DC2022-11-0035, §5, 2022-11].
What changes later
DC2024-05-0017 replaces this Annex B wholesale, retaining these 7 categories and adding an 8th (Auxiliary Devices for ECPs) plus a residual “Other ECPs and Devices” clause for TWG-recommended additions Digest: DC2024-05-0017: Prescribing Amendments to Department Circular No. DC2020-06-0015, as Amended, or the Philippine Energy Labeling Program (PELP) Guidelines .
