- MO (IEMOP) to amend WESM Rules and Manuals; WESM Governance Arm monitors forecast accuracy compliance; SO must ensure maximum RE penetration and include transmission needs in TDP; DUs must give priority to embedded RE in distribution network [DC2022-10-0031, §6, 2022-10-05]
